Marco Courtyard Towers  consists of 49 units including five Penthouse units.  The units are all three bedrooms and have at least three baths.  All units have expansive lanais at both ends of the unit, the pool side lanais are screened.  There are several different floor plans most having a total area of 2,735 square feet and 2,159 square feet under air.  Ten units in building One are slightly smaller.  All units are end units with windows on three sides, only two units per floor.  Each unit has a private enclosed garage.  Elevators are security coded and deliver owner and guests directly to each units foyer.  A floor plan can be viewed below on this page.

Common elements consist of a club house with a large meeting room, kitchen, lavatories, exercise room and library.  An outstanding pool area with a large deck and covered chickee hut for social gatherings.  The pool is geo-thermal heated and cooled, providing year round swimming.  Of the six common boat docks, the association leases five to owners of Marco Courtyard Towers, keeping one for common usage of other owners for overnight or daily dockage.  There is also a patio area with two gas grills and tables in the pool area and club house.  A look at our photo album will show the fine quality of the amenities and the beautiful landscaping of the grounds.
